NETCON
introduces the Product Manager role to serve its customers more
effectively. |

- NETCON has announced the promotion of
Kathryn MacLennan to the role of Product Manager for the NETCON
software development team.
The Product
Manager role will be responsible for coordination of customer
requirements and needs with respect to product releases and
enhancements, greatly reducing the time to deliver these items
to our customers.
Kathryn
has
been promoted from her previous role of Quality Assurance
Analyst, a role which she held for nearly 7 years. Over the next
few months she will introduce significant changes in process and
project management methodology to ensure all customer
requirements are met in a timely fashion and establish training
curriculum's for all major products.
